Klopp: 'Playing at Anfield a dream? It should be a nightmare!'

We haven't analyzed Fulham yet, but I watched Fulham's last match and I saw very creative restarts of play, often taken short.

We need to make sure we use the short time we have to prepare optimally. And I think Marco is a top manager who is doing great in a tough competition. Really, they are a very good team, said the German.

With Alisson Becker injured, the choice of Caoimhin Kelleher as goalkeeper is clear. Klopp praises the Irish goalkeeper. "Caoimhin is an exceptional talent. Maybe we don't talk about him often enough, but goalkeeping coach John Achterberg has told me from the day I arrived that he would be the player from our own academy who would make it. We have seen every step since then. He was a boy, and now he is a man. And a top goalkeeper, no doubt. He's focused, he won't celebrate a clean sheet in the pub."

With Fulham coming to Anfield, another team is set to play in this iconic football temple. Many players dream of playing at Anfield someday, but Klopp wants to ensure it's not a pleasant experience for anyone, as he explained. "I said it to the boys yesterday. Players think it's a dream to come play at Anfield, but it should be a nightmare. That's what we try to achieve. It doesn't always work, but when our supporters are at their best, it makes a huge difference. That's just how it is."
